Memorial Union
The MU is the living, meeting, and dining room of OSU. It is an integral part of the educational process through programs and services that address social, cultural, physical, and intellectual needs of students. Services and programs in the MU are: MU Business Services, Event Support, and Guest Services; MU Program Council; Student Leadership and Involvement’s Center for Leadership Development, and Student Events and Activities Center offices.
The MU is also home to Diversity Cuts, a barber and styling salon; the OSU Bookstore; Bites convenience store; and The Basement recreation center. Restaurants located in the MU include: Buenos Burritos, Carl’s Jr., JavaStop, Panda Express, Pangea, and Togo’s. Other MU food services elsewhere on campus include e.Café in Kelley, JavaCart in Owen, Dixon Café in Dixon Rec Center, and Java II in the Valley Library. The extended MU “family” of facilities includes the Memorial Union East (Basement, 1st and 2nd floors of Snell) that houses SLI’s Business and Information Center, ASOSU, the Craft Center, Community Service Center, Diversity Development, Office of Greek Life, Student Media, and Team Liberation.

Bookstore
The OSU Bookstore, located in the Memorial Union, is an on-campus, nonprofit source for new and used textbooks, course materials, and supplies you will need for your classes. The store also offers a diverse selection of general books, computer hardware and software, gifts, music, and Beaver apparel. Visit the website to search for a general book, reserve your textbooks, browse for Beaver apparel, or find out when authors will be visiting. Summer Session hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
