Here are some important summer dates for you to remember:

•   Now: Registration is open to all students
•   June 13-17: Session 6 - Intersession/One week
•   June 20-Sept. 2: Session 1 - 11 weeks
•   June 20-July 15: Session 2 - Four weeks
•   June 20-Aug. 12: Session 3 - Eight weeks
•   July 18-Aug. 12: Session 4 - Four weeks
•   Aug. 15-Sept. 2: Session 5 - Three weeks

ED 219 - Civil Rights and Multicultural Issues in Education

Engage in deep discussion surrounding issues that impact us all in this course taught by Winston Cornwall, College of Education instructor and civil rights education specialist at the Oregon Department of Education.

In this unique course, we'll examine the context of working with students, schools, communities and workplaces; the diversity of learning cultures (urban, suburban, rural) and the diversity among learners within those different cultures; and the influence of culture on one's learning.
