Oregon State University Summer Session

Dream big this summer

Dreaming of that summer sun? Good news - there's only a few months left until it's officially summer at Oregon State. And with classes that last anywhere from one week to 11 weeks, you really can do it all this summer: take classes to graduate on schedule, complete major course work and still have time to work or travel.

Registration for OSU summer classes starts April 10. An added perk: everyone* pays in-state tuition for on-campus courses.

And if you're leaving Corvallis this summer, Oregon State Ecampus delivers more than 350 courses online, so you can take advantage of summer term wherever you go.

*In-state tuition applies to matriculated OSU resident and non-resident students, and does not apply to Ecampus courses, VetMed, PharmD or INTO students.

Immerse yourself in Canadian culture

Ever wonder how our culture, politics, society and economy compare to our neighbors north of us? Here's your chance to walk in their shoes and visit various sites of historical and cultural significance during this two-week study "beyond the U.S." program in Canada.

"This two-week program was incredible, and in some ways I feel I learned more from this fast and furious trip than I would have if I were living there for an extended period of time," says Ecampus anthropology student Kathryn M., pictured in the front, third from right, with the 2015 study abroad group. "The opportunity to speak to Canadians, to hear their thoughts on the United States as well as on their own government and culture, and to speak with immigrants to Canada really cemented everything we learned in the prep class."
