Warmer temperatures and sunny skies are right around the corner, which means it’s time to start making your summer to-do list:

You can do it all this summer. With the flexibility of summer classes ranging from one week to 11 weeks, you can travel, study abroad, complete an internship and get a job - all while staying on track for graduation.

All students pay in-state tuition during summer term.

Here are some important summer dates for you to remember:

•   April 10: Registration begins
•   June 13-17: Session 6 - Intersession/One week
•   June 20-Sept. 2: Session 1 - 11 weeks
•   June 20-July 15: Session 2 - Four weeks
•   June 20-Aug. 12: Session 3 - Eight weeks
•   July 18-Aug. 12: Session 4 - Four weeks
•   Aug. 15-Sept. 2: Session 5 - Three weeks

Calling all designers! Enter to win a $1,000 summer scholarship

Put your talent to the test and design artwork that could be worn all over campus by your friends and classmates.

The winning designer of the 2016 Summer Session T-shirt contest earns a $1,000 scholarship toward credit-based, on-campus classes in Corvallis or OSU's Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport this summer.

•   Open to all current Oregon State students

Spend your summer studying by the sea

Get your feet wet and immerse yourself in marine biology at OSU’s Hatfield Marine Science Center this summer. Courses in the summer marine and environmental studies program provide students with extensive hands-on field study of organisms in their natural habitats.

Scholarships are available for on-site housing at no cost or a reduced rate during summer term. Registration begins April 10.
