Spotlighted courses and sequences
Summer presents a unique opportunity to finish a year's worth of language or science classes, take some courses at the coast or complete a Bacc Core requirement: Let Summer Session courses lighten your workload for the 2008-09 year. View course details.
Life in Corvallis this summer
Along with getting ahead or catching up on your classes, summer is a great time to spend in the Corvallis area. The weather is optimal for outdoor activities and there are many things to see and do - both on and off campus. Also, be sure to visit University Housing and Dining Services to explore your on-campus living options. View things to do.
Academic advising for summer
Kathy Fultz, an academic advisor in the College of Liberal Arts, says it is always better for a student to speak with their academic advisor when considering Summer Session courses. "Advisors can give input on course selection, which is always helpful," she says. "Summer Session courses can be used to fulfill requirements for your major or core areas, as well as to broaden interest in subjects you might not be familiar with." Let us help you connect with someone in your department or college. View advising help.
