ID/Debit Card

Students registered for Summer Session may obtain an OSU ID card at the ID Center in room B-094 (basement) of the Kerr Building. The center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You must provide photo identification to obtain your OSU ID card.  Acceptable forms of photo ID are: State driver license, Passport, U.S. Military ID card, or U.S. Permanent Resident Card.  

The card is your official OSU identification and is used for automated access to food service programs (see debit card & orange rewards details below), recreational facilities, Valley Library services, sports events and other activities. A $20 ID card services fee is assessed to all students their first term of enrollment.

Lost or stolen ID cards should be reported immediately to protect your funds/privileges. Quickly deactivate or reactivate a lost card at the online card office, MyCard, or call 541-737-2493.  Replacement fee is $25.

Your OSU ID card can be used as a campus debit card!  Simply by adding money to your ID card at either the ID Center, Valley Library or online at MyCard (http://mycard.oregonstate.edu), you can purchase food at all campus food locations or photocopies at the Valley Library. The online MyCard office, allows you to view your card balance, view past card transactions, add money to your account, and set up and manage "Donors" (others who can contribute funds to your account). Join the Orange Rewards program and save 10% on campus dining! In conjunction with your OSU ID card, you can sign up on the MU Retail Food Services/UHDS - Orange Rewards program and receive an additional 10% discount on campus dining. For details, see the Orange Rewards website.
