ID Cards
Students admitted and/or registered for Summer Session may obtain an ID card at the ID Center in room B-094 (basement) of the Kerr Building. The center is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You must provide photo identification to obtain your OSU ID card.
A $20 ID card fee is assessed to all students their first term of enrollment. Lost ID cards can be replaced for a fee of $25. Lost ID cards should be reported immediately to protect your funds/privileges. Call 541-737-2493, send an email to id.center@oregonstate.edu, or deactivate your card online at our online card office, mycard.oregonstate.edu.
The card is your OSU identification and is used for automated access to food service programs, recreational facilities, Valley Library services, and other activities. A campus debit account, OSU Card Cash, is associated with your ID card for purchasing food at campus food outlets and copies at the Valley Library. Just add money to your card cash at the ID Center, the Convenience Card machine in the library copy center, or online at idcenter.oregonstate.edu. The online card office, MyCard, allows you to view your OSU Card Cash balance; view past Card Cash transactions; add money to your account; set up and manage "Donors" (others who can contribute funds to your account); and deactivate or reactivate your lost ID card.
