Oregon State Honors College Students
Graduate in four years with the help of OSU Summer Session
Oregon State University Summer Session supports Honors College students like you in working toward your honors baccalaureate degree. OSU Summer Session provides you the opportunity to complete your general Oregon State required courses over the summer, helping you stay on track for a timely graduation.
Why OSU Summer Session?
By taking Summer Session courses, you can fulfill your non-Honors College requirements, ensuring you have a manageable course load during the academic year and space in your schedule to enroll in Honors College courses, helping you graduate on time. Summer Session offers smaller than average class sizes, an added benefit to the OSU summer experience.
All students enrolled in Summer Session courses pay in-state tuition rates.* Capitalize on this unique summer benefit.
With six different sessions, ranging from one week to 11 weeks, you choose the session(s) that works best for your summer schedule.
Don't miss out on the London experience on this Honors College faculty-led study abroad trip in the summer, open to both incoming and current Honors College students.
* Does not apply to OSU Ecampus, PharmD or VetMed courses and INTO students
Honors students who take Summer Session courses report that they have time to take more courses and to spread out their course load, allowing for focused learning on specific areas of interest to them, such as their Honors thesis topic.
