OSU’s Summer Session is a great way to begin, continue, or advance one’s education through more than 900 courses in 70 departments from agriculture to zoology. Credit courses range in length from two days to 11 weeks, with most courses running four and eight weeks. Many departments also offer independent study projects, e.g., research, reading and conference, thesis, internship, etc.

Discover the variety of courses offered online through OSU Extended Campus (Ecampus). Whether you are going home for the summer or need flexibility with your work schedule, you can choose from over 150 online courses in more than 35 subjects this summer. The majority of these courses run the 11-week term (June 23 – September 5, 2008).
Special Courses & Programs
Students interested in marine science will want to explore the expanded course offerings this summer on the coast at the Hatfield Marine Science Center. There are also many study tour programs, which enable students to earn credit in the field. Educators, health care workers, and other professionals will want to explore our professional interest courses. For kids and high school students, there are several youth programs to choose from, including KidSpirit, sports camps, OSU K-12 Online, and other precollege programs.
