Grading Options

Changing Grading Options (A-F, S/U)

The grade option for all courses is either A-F or P/N (Pass/No Pass). To change the A-F option to S/U, go in person to the registrar's windows after completing the appropriate forms and obtaining the appropriate approvals. Forms are available at the Registrar's Office website.

Audit Registration

Audit registration permits a student to enroll in a course for no credit and no grade. Audit registration begins with the first day of a class and ends with the close of registration (i.e., the last day to add/drop; see the Registration Dates table). Audit Registration forms are available at the Registrar's Office. Audit courses are not offered as 'free' or 'no-charge' courses and are assessed standard tuition/fees at the same rate as credit courses. Any changes to an audit registration are subject to the same procedures, deadlines, and special fees as registration changes to regular courses. Upon completion of an audited course, the designation of "AUD" will be recorded on the transcript. The designation of "WAU" will be recorded for students who withdraw from an audit course.

Grade Reports

Final course grade reports are available through Student Online Services. Grade reports are not mailed.

Go to Student Online Services, click on "Online Services Quick Login." Follow the instructions for logging in and for displaying your grades.

You may obtain printed copies of your official transcript by logging into your Student Online Services, choosing Student Records, and clicking on Requested Printed/Official Transcript. Follow the instructions to submit your transcript request. More information is available on the Registrar's Office website.
