If you are late to register, or need to change your registration, please read the following important information first:
Late Registration & Change of Registration Fees
Register early and avoid late registration fees! A late registration fee of $50 will be assessed for all registrations after each session begins. For details, please refer to our chart on Registration Dates. If the add/drop period is over for the session in question you will need to contact the Registrar's Office regarding late registration petition procedures and applicable fees.
Registration Cancellation
If you register for classes and no longer wish to attend, you must cancel your registration or withdraw from the university to reduce or eliminate your financial or academic obligation. Registration cancellations may be done on the web. Withdrawals on the first day of the term and thereafter are subject to fees posted on the Tuition Reduction and Refund Schedule.
Variable Credit Classes
If a class is taught for variable credits, for example 1-16 credits, web registration will ask you to enter the correct number of credits for which you wish to enroll at the time of initial registration. If you need to change that number during the add/drop period, you do so by clicking on the link associated with the course and following the prompts to change the credit hours. If the add/drop period has passed, you will need to contact the Registrar's Office regarding late registration petition procedures.
Changing Grading Options (A-F, S/U)
The grade option for all courses is either A-F or P/N (Pass/No Pass). To change the A-F option to S/U, go in person to the registrar's windows after completing the appropriate forms and obtaining the appropriate approvals. Forms are available on the Registrar's Office website.
